Infrastructure Facilities |
QWEPZ has excellent infrastructure facilities. Infrastructure facilities inside QWEPZ have reached the standard of ‘nine connections and one leveling’.
Water
Water pipes of 200-400mm diameter have been paved along the relevant roads£¬which can meet the water demand of the enterprises within the zone.
Electricity
The 110kv Substation (Dragon Spring Station) shall be built in the south-west corner of the zone, whose planned capacity shall be 3*50kv. Presently£¬10kv electricity ring-network can meet the electricity demand of the enterprises in the zone during the early period.
Heat Supply
The heat plant is located in the north-west corner of the zone. During its 1st-stage construction, 2×90 t/h hypo-high pressure & hypo-high temperature circulating fluidized bed steam boiler and 2×20t/h steam fast-assembly boiler shall be installed and the heat plant shall be put into operation in the second half year of 2008.
Sewage
The new sewage exits to the waters near the zone have been officially approved£¬and sewage pipes have been paved along the roads. Capability of the sewage disposal plant is 40,000t/day, which shall be put into operation in the second half year of 2008.
Gas
5600m3 gas pipes of DN250 with 0.4mpa operating pressure have been paved along the roads surrounding QWEPZ.
Telecommunication
QWEPZ has been equipped with modern communication network including China Mobile, data transmission, ADSL, Broad Band, etc.
Land Formation
land within QWEPZ has fundamentally achieved land formation, and QDZ Administrative Committee shall backfill the land to the formation-level needed by the enterprises.
