Foreign Exchange Control Policy Adjustment |
| Commerce Ministry and the Customs General Administration jointly issued the new Restricted Commodity Catalog in Processing Trade. It is prescribed that in East Area bank deposit account shall be implemented in restricted commodity processing trade. As for restricted commodity processing trade business, bank deposit account actual transference shall be transacted. But the Customs special supervision zones like EPZ and FTZ are an exception. |
